Terracotta Painting

Two distinct halves come together in the Terracotta Painting, an abstract composition split cleanly between a soft, off-white field and a bold block of saturated red. On the lighter side, an angular, ribbon-like form in warm tan winds its way down the canvas, its textured surface and sharply broken edges suggesting a fractured, organic shape in motion. The rich red panel offers a striking contrast, its smooth surface interrupted only by delicate, hand-drawn linework that traces subtle geometric paths across the color field. This interplay between the tan form's rugged texture and the red panel's clean, graphic quality creates a compelling visual balance between organic and structured. Framed in a slim black border, this bold, minimalist piece brings modern, architectural energy to a living room, office, or entryway wall.
