Shipping policy

At Vonbona, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below, which applies to all purchases.


Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.
  • Standard lead-time for delivery is 5–10 working days from receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • As all of our deliveries are multi-drop, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

Delivery Conditions

  • One-Man Delivery: Standard delivery is a one-man service to a business address, ground floor only, unless otherwise agreed in writing and any applicable surcharges are paid.
  • Residential & Third-Party Deliveries: Delivery to residential addresses or directly to a third party (e.g., the buyer’s client) is available at an additional service charge, which will be added to the standard delivery cost. A trade customer’s representative must be present at the time of delivery.
  • Collection Option: Trade customers may also arrange collection from our warehouse with prior notice.
  • Restricted Areas: The Seller reserves the right to decline delivery to certain areas. In such cases, the buyer must arrange collection from Vonbona’s warehouse.

Delivery Receipt & Inspection

  • Proof of Delivery: All deliveries must be signed for and the recipient’s name printed in the presence of the driver.
  • Inspection: Trade customers (or their representative) are required to check all items in front of the driver at the time of delivery.
  • Discrepancies & Damages:
    • Any visible damage, incorrect product, or mismatch in box quantity must be noted in writing and countersigned on the delivery note.
    • Failure to check items upon delivery may invalidate claims for damages or discrepancies.

Liability & Insurance

  • Vonbona’s insurance covers delivery to the ground floor only.
  • Our drivers are not obligated to carry items beyond the ground floor.
  • The Seller will not be liable for any damages caused if drivers assist with moving goods into the premises.

Key Notes

  • Deliveries require a representative of the Customer to be present.
  • If no one is available to sign for the delivery, redelivery fees may apply.
  • All service charges (for residential, third-party, or non-standard delivery requests) must be paid prior to dispatch.
